The spooky, spectacular month of October presents some great opportunities for Realtors® like you to get tons of exposure for your business in your community. Families and children will be out trick or treating and you’re going to have all kinds of foot traffic around your neighborhood so you need to be prepared. How you ask? Let’s start with the simplest way – make sure you have brochures in your sign boxes and that your website is front and center on any marketing materials you have out in the community. Check your sign boxes multiple times throughout Halloween week – especially before the big night – to make sure you don’t run out. If you want to take it up a notch – add some decorations to your yard signs and use your social networks to let community members know about local Halloween events. You can even hand out business cards with your Halloween candy!
